George Takei Recalls Nichelle Nichols' Reaction After Being Asked to be Matron of Honor at His Wedding

Takei also wrote that he was moved by allthe tributes and messages honoring the life and work of Nichelle Nichols, our very own Lieutenant and later Commander Uhura on 스타트렉,” and shared another sweet memory of his longtime friend.
